Trait 37 Of Friendship/Family
This Trait is part of the Strength of Community – linking Emotional Intelligence (Trait 37) with Willpower (Trait 40).
Trait 37 is part of the Tribal Will Circuit with the thematic of support.
Trait 37 is about friendship and family and is the most communal trait in the BG5 Career Design.
The theme today is about holding a family or a community together with warmth, friendliness and nurturing. There is an ability to make an emotional connection with others through touch, and an uncommon sensitivity, which senses how much others are accessible or open to us or not.
This trait is about being the organization’s representative who welcomes the newcomer or stranger into the community, and it is also about the bargain – making sure that there is a sufficient and clear agreement between all parties involved.
Trait 37 is the trait of the mouth so the planning, gathering and preparing of food often play a central role in all our family and community gatherings. In the bargain between Traits 37 and 40, Trait 40 is the willing provider and the distributor of its assets and skills to the family or community represented in Trait 37.
Without Trait 40 which completes the strength, we are looking for those who can deliver the resources needed by the community so that we have someone to bargain with, and something to distribute.
You may experience a fear of getting trapped in or having to live up to the traditional Tribal roles.
