The Energy Resource Function is of such importance that the career type of the Builder (and its subtype Express Builder) is dedicated to it. Whenever this Function is defined, an individual’s career type is automatically a Builder or Express Builder. This Function represents the Life Force Energy on the planet without which the motto would be: “Rien ne va plus!”
Availability
The Energy Resource Function generates mechanical responses as ‘Yes’, ‘No’ or ‘I-don’t know’ reactions to what comes to an individual or to what they are asked. Depending on one’s individual design there are many possible nuances feeding into the decision-making process, but the critical agent of decision-making that determines if there is availability for action and involvement is the Energy Resource Function. For the Builder and Express Builder, it replaces the mind that would otherwise get into trying to anticipate the outcome and weighing the pros and cons of a decision, while all kinds of fears, expectations, desires etc. influence the process.
Response and Mental Decision-Making
On the one side there is the potential for the Builder to tap into their Energy Resource mechanically and as a result ‘be run by that energy’, while experiencing a sense of effortlessness; on the other side there’s the Builder who decides mentally what to do based on what they think about which is the best decision that’s going to lead them to what they think they want or should have. In this case there might be the sense of frustration and anger, blaming oneself or others for the outcome. But most importantly besides the regrets there can be an experience of poor wellbeing as there is physical drain and loss of vitality. In other words, the mind has forced the Energy Resource into action and as a consequence the process of degeneration can be observed.
Generation and Degeneration
The Builder is designed to build, to generate. The Builder is designed to operate on this simple but enormously precious physical mechanism of responding to life. This very mechanism allows the Builder to know what they are available for and watch a release of energy to get the work done. With all difficulties that may or may not arise down the path. The mechanical response is signaling that there is the necessary energy available to deal with the process. Mental decision-making could be described as a violation of those availability rules. It can lead to frustration, anger and degeneration.
Summary
Builders and Express Builders make up approximately 70% of the world’s population. They are practically everywhere emanating their frequency. Imagine the majority of them living in frustration, anger and degeneration. That is pretty much the frequency that is dominating our planet at the moment. It doesn’t have to be that way and it all begins with Builders and Express Builders respecting their Energy Resource and acting based on their mechanical, physical availability. The result of acting according to one’s mechanical truth is deep satisfaction with the work one does along the process of generation, natural exhaustion and regeneration. Nothing is more entertaining to the mind than watching one’s life unfold effortlessly without the need to interfere and control in order to have a certain outcome.
